B. BRADLEY WEITZ, ESQ., President & managing attorney of The Weitz Law Firm, P.A., is a highly respected Federal litigator and advocate for the disabled community. Prior to founding the firm in 2002, Mr. Weitz was previously associated with prominent litigation law firms.
Mr. Weitz is a highly experienced and successful litigation attorney, having litigated numerous Federal and state civil cases, with a significant emphasis on Disability Law. Mr. Weitz received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from VanderbiltLawSchool and his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude with departmental Honors, from BrandeisUniversity. ROBERT J. MIREL, ESQ., of counsel to The Weitz Law Firm, P.A., was admitted to the New York Bar in 1974, the New Jersey Bar in 2001, and was previously admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1999. Mr. Mirel received his Bachelors degree from Cornell University in 1970. Mr. Mirel obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Hofstra University Law School in 1973.
Mr. Mirel, a litigation attorney, has been admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, and is not admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Mr. Mirel currently practices in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Northern District of New York.
TYLER B. KORN, ESQ., of counsel to The Weitz Law Firm, P.A., was formerly an attorney with the renowned Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York. Mr. Korn's clients include individuals and companies throughout the U.S., Asia, and the Caribbean. Mr. Korn regularly advises and represents clients on various tax considerations in acquisitions, dispositions, ownership, and management. A number of the transactions Mr. Korn has helped structure have been profiled in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The American Lawyer.
Mr. Korn attended Brandeis University on the Justice Louis D. Brandeis Merit Scholarship and graduated first in his class as University Scholar, Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, and with Departmental Highest Honors. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was Articles Editor of the nation's most prestigious journal of labor and employment law.
Mr. Korn is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and the U.S. Tax Court.
